Unable to Log In After Tapping "Start"

Players who experience a black screen and are brought back to the title screen immediately after tapping "Start" are asked to contact the support team using the "Submit a request" link at the top of the page. In addition, please be sure to provide your full Account (KCID), Character Name, and World for the account that is affected.

"ConnectFailure (Connection timed out)"

Error messages that contain the "ConnectFailure" messages are caused by connection instability from connection providers or older network settings that cause connectivity conflict. Players are asked to take the following steps:

  • Read the "Basic Troubleshooting Guide" for basic troubleshooting.
  • Reset any WiFi routers and make sure that firewall settings accept connections from the mobile device.
  •  If the steps above do not resolve the issue, there is a chance that servers are stressed and you would need to try again later.

Extended "Spinning Wheel" Between Screens

Delays in loading between screens can either be caused by large amounts of players attempting to play at once. Players are asked to either reset their connections or to attempt playing again later. Announcements will be made if the operations team discover severe connection issues.
