This error is shown if multiple accounts (KCIDs) were used to log into the same device. This system is triggered automatically by the servers, so the KCII team unfortunately cannot 'unlock' devices that are under this restriction. Please try the following if you are encountering this problem.
- Choose a dedicated device for a single account.
- Wait for at least 24 hours and try logging in from your main device.
- If the restriction is not lifted, make sure that you are not trying to log in on a device that has been used for another account recently.
