Can I transfer my Account (KCID) to a new device or OS?

Transferring to a new device on the same OS.

  1. Select "Existing Character" from your new device.
  2. Enter the proper Account Name and Password from your previous device.
  3. Tap the “World” button and select a desired world to play in.

 Transferring to a new device from a different OS.

  • Please contact the customer support team to request a transfer between operating systems.
  • The process will take some additional time, and you will not be able to play during the transfer.
  • You can NOT transfer CP, so be sure to spend it before transferring.
