Transferring to a new device on the same OS.
- Select "Existing Character" from your new device.
- Enter the proper Account Name and Password from your previous device.
- Tap the “World” button and select a desired world to play in.
Transferring to a new device from a different OS.
- Please contact the customer support team to request a transfer between operating systems.
- The process will take some additional time, and you will not be able to play during the transfer.
- You can NOT transfer CP, so be sure to spend it before transferring.
