If you are having issues receiving in-game CP, we recommend trying the following:
- Make sure that the receipt from Apple, Google or Amazon was received.
- Make sure that the purchase was not deposited in a different world.
- Wait for at least 24 hours. Deposits may take time if the servers are congested.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact the support team using the "Submit a request" link at the top of the page with the following information on hand.
- Screenshot of the CP purchase receipt.
- Screenshots of other recent purchases if multiple ones were made.
- The Account (KCID), World, and Character Name of the account the CP was purchased in.
The purchase will then be investigated. Inquiries requiring escalation may take additional time.
