When reporting bugs, be sure to provide the following information:
- Details such as monsters, skills, and facility names to easily identify the issue.
- The time frame of when this issue actually occurred.
- Any detailed steps that can be made to reproduce the issue.
- Any screenshots that may prove as evidence in the investigation process, for instance, battle logs.
- For iOS: Screenshots can be taken by holding down the Power and "Home" button of the device.
- For Android: Certain devices can take screenshots by tapping both the volume and power button, while others require separate apps. Please refer to your device's instruction manual on how to take screenshots.
